My sourdough journey began during one of the hardest seasons of my life. After experiencing a devastating loss, baking became a form of therapy — a quiet place for my mind and heart to rest and heal. What started as a simple act of comfort slowly grew into a deep love and appreciation for the art of traditional sourdough baking. Over time, sharing my breads and baked goods with close friends and family became one of my greatest joys. Their constant encouragement and support inspired me to open my kitchen to my community and turn this passion into something bigger.
